SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

  • • 1 bag of Gourmet Evolution Cheddar Shreds
  • • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • • 2 whole fresh jalapeños, thinly slices
  • Other possible add ons:
  • • 7.5 ounces whole black beans
  • • 6.5 ounces canned corn
  • 1. Preheat oven to 475°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the layer with Gourmet Evolution Cheddar Shreds. Evenly spread jalapeños and if you want beans and corn over the chips.
  • 3. Add another layer of chips and top with the remaining GE’s shreds, beans, corn and jalapeños.
  • 4. Bake nachos for 15-20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
  • 5. Remove from the oven, and let set for a few minutes before serving. Serve with guacamole, your choice of dairy-free sour cream, salsa and hot sauce.
