• 1 pack of Gourmet Evolution Plant Based Roasted Turkey
• 4 slices of sprouted grain bread
• 1 cup of microgreens
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 6 slices of dill pickle
Optional: vegan mayo or ghee
1. Gather the ingredients.
2. Toast the bread and spread one side of each slice with mustard, vegan mayo or ghee.
3. Divide the roasted turkey equally and top two of the slices with it.
4. Add the microgreens and dill pickles.
5. Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of bread. Enjoy!
You could change the microgreens for spinach, cucumber slices, or tomato slices.
