PLANT BASED ROASTED TURKEY

  • • 1 pack of Gourmet Evolution Plant Based Roasted Turkey
  • • 4 slices of sprouted grain bread
  • • 1 cup of microgreens
  • • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • • 6 slices of dill pickle
  • Optional: vegan mayo or ghee

  • 1. Gather the ingredients.
  • 2. Toast the bread and spread one side of each slice with mustard, vegan mayo or ghee.
  • 3. Divide the roasted turkey equally and top two of the slices with it.
  • 4. Add the microgreens and dill pickles.
  • 5. Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of bread. Enjoy!
  • You could change the microgreens for spinach, cucumber slices, or tomato slices.
